FAQ​
How much time and effort is required?
The effort and time you need will depend on you, and you’ll get out of it what you put in. That being said, at a bare minimum you can expect to spend 3 hours per week for weeks 1 to 8, and 2 hours per week for weeks 9 to 16, which would include watching the weekly videos, attending the weekly cohort meetings, and 15 minutes of daily practice.

I like to tell people that if you approach the work with a closed or fixed mindset, complaining or coming up with excuses, the program will seem like a grind. On the flip side, if you engage in this work with an open mindset and the perspective that you’d like to build your mental fitness to improve your life – the effort becomes easier and aligned with your goals. Remember it takes deep introspective work to initiate change and make the transformation you desire.

Should we participate as a team?
Absolutely! Even though the focus of the program is individual development, team leaders often call this experience the best team-building experience they have ever had. Is everything available immediately?
The workshop takes place over 16 weeks, and the learning videos roll out, weekly, during the first 8 weeks. Because each video builds on the learning from the previous one, you do not have access to all of them immediately, each one is provided at the right point within the workshop. Coaching sessions are scheduled on a weekly basis. The App is available after the orientation meeting and can be used throughout the program. Weekly focus training on the app is dripped out weekly to match the video and coaching content.
